Return & Exchange Policy
Important Notes
- Custom Orders: Items produced according to specific customer requirements (e.g., garment length adjustments) cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Return Shipping Costs: All returns and exchanges must be shipped back to our office at your own expense.
Refunds
- Eligibility: You can return items within 3 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, the refund will be processed within 10-14 days to your original payment method, depending on your bank.
- Please note that taxes, customs fees (if applicable), and the initial shipping (delivery) fee are non-refundable.
- Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Please use a courier service to send your return to our office in Dubai, UAE.
Exchanges
- How to Exchange:
- Email us at info@lnh.ae to request an exchange and to receive the return address.
- Ship the item back at your own expense.
- Exchange Process:
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send out the new size or product.
- Shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
